Mental health practitioner for Groundbreakers

Minnesota Mental Health Clinics is looking for an experienced and qualified mental health practitioner as a therapist for our Groundbreakers program, a day-treatment and social skills program for children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilitation of groups utilizing experiential, natural environment training, DBT skills, and basic ABA principles; program assessments to determine client’s fitness for groups; coordination of services with other care providers; facilitating family group sessions and attending clinic meetings. 

This position is full-time: 40 hours per week, daytime hours and flexible schedule. Employees will have an opportunity to see clients for individual therapy, as well as receive clinical supervision hours as a part of their position. Preferred candidate has a Master’s degree in psychology or psychology-related field. Must have current Minnesota Licensure as an LGSW, LAMFT, of LPC and be working towards clinical licensure. Autism experience is highly preferred. Great benefit package available.
