She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and her practice includes both individual and family therapy. Brigit believes in empowering clients to achieve positive change by providing a safe space and an unconditionally supportive therapeutic relationship. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also believes that maintaining a solution-focused, strengths-based mindset is crucial with any approach in order for clients to get the support they need, and to allow for effective problem-solving.
