Mary has been working in the mental health field since 2013 providing in-home skills services, mobile crisis services, and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Mary has co-led 3 therapy groups: Anger Awareness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Common Sense Parenting of Teens.
Mary’s counseling approach is accepting, non-judgmental, and encouraging. Mary utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Existential Therapies.
