Autumn has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings including: community agencies, schools, and a child and adolescent psychiatric hospital.
Her areas of interest include:
- Issues with adjustment/life transitions
- Distress tolerance
- Emotional regulation
- Suicidal thinking and behavior
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Mood Disorders
- Crisis intervention
Autumn has also taught many interpersonal development skills such as mindfulness, relaxation, social skills, stress management, and assisted clients with situational stressors (relationship, work, school, and illness). Practice includes working with children Ages 5+, adolescents and families, providing individual and family therapy.
