Beth has a background in providing trauma informed care to individuals of all ages who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, and other trauma related stressors. Beth also has experience in working with couples and families to resolve relationship issues and enjoys working with individuals to improve their overall self-confidence and mood regulation. Beth implements an integrative and Person-Centered approach by providing a variety of evidence based interventions. Some of these modalities include, but are not limited to: Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Body-Mind Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness and Self-Compassion techniques. Beth strives to meet the specific needs of each client and works to cultivate a secure and trusting environment so each client can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
