Brigit has experience working with clients presenting a wide range of therapeutic needs. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and her practice includes both individual and family therapy. Brigit believes in empowering clients to achieve positive change by providing a safe space and an unconditionally supportive therapeutic relationship. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also believes that maintaining a solution-focused, strengths-based mindset is crucial with any approach in order for clients to get the support they need, and to allow for effective problem-solving. Brigit loves fostering her clients’ individual creativity and confidence to work towards their goals.
