Lauren has experience working therapeutically with individuals, families, and groups and is interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds with a wide range of therapeutic needs. Areas of specific interest include:
- Adjustment/life transition difficulties
- Children/adolescent grief
Lauren utilizes the following therapeutic approaches in her work: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic attachment therapy, non directive play therapy, sand tray therapy, and strengths-based approaches.
