Mary has been working in the mental health field since 2013 providing in-home skills services, mobile crisis services, and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. 

Mary’s counseling approach is accepting, non-judgmental, and encouraging. Mary utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
