Saoirse has experience utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  somatic therapy, Narrative Therapy, trauma-informed , person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. Saoirse’s experience includes providing individual therapy and short-term interventions in a variety of settings, including: inpatient hospital, residential treatment, crisis, academic, day treatment, and outpatient settings.



Saoirse has worked in a variety of mental health settings for over 5 years. In the past, Saoirse has worked with preschool-aged non-verbal children in an autism day treatment, at-risk adolescents experiencing poverty and significant trauma in a high school setting, and with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness following life transitions such as incarceration, hospitalization, traumatic events, and homelessness. Saoirse also facilitates group Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Saoirse enjoys working with adults of all ages, cultures, genders, and sexual orientations in both an individual and group setting.
